Early check out, small rooms.

Free parking and continental breakfast was nice. Small rooms but fairly clean. Microwave and mini fridge was nice.

It had a riverview out the window.

Their continental breakfast doesn't start till 7:00 am which is late if you need to hit the road.

This hotel doesn't have a 24 hour lobby so you must arrive by 11:00 pm and can't check out until 7:00 am.

Very effective in recovering a lost article.

Street access is limited.

This is a good, mid-quality hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was traffic access - somewhat limited. But I would stay here again.

Very helpful woman at the front desk.

Parking lot not well lit, whole place seems worn, room was
freezing.

I was surprised that this hotel was rated at 2+ stars. It was clean, but felt old and out-dated. It was below freezing outside and the in-room heater never adequately heated the room. The front desk clerk was very helpful, though, and found a space heater (a safe one) for us. The continental breakfast, though we left too early to try it, was to be served off of a small counter area in the very outdated and tiny lobby. ...read more

The sheets, towels, etc were all clean.

The bed was stiff, pillows thin, and bathroom tiny!
